To create linkages and partnerships. A convergence was organized to boost economic development and growth among member municipalities. These linkages can provide investors' land requirement for all sorts of agricultural products in any bulk or quantity.

MAIS Program is now widely implemented in other municipalities. In October 2015, the member LGUs of the ICIA-ED, Inc. adopted the system. These are the municipalities of Bingawan, Badiangan, Calinog, Cabatuan,Lambunao, Janiuay, Maasin. Series of orientation seminars and hands on trainings were conducted by the Task Force created for this purpose.
