This includes placing the ICIA-ED Inc. as a sector in the 3rd Congressional District of Iloilo Province, Philippines for agro-economic prosperity. The website will serve as a guide and direct the delivery of agricultural resources, an application of programs and policies, and with significant responsibilities to ensure an effective achievement of our Mission and Vision.
