The Hon. Wilfrido Mark M. Enverga, Chairperson, Committee on Agriculture and Food called for a meeting to deliberate the House Bill No. 6721, “An Act Establishing the Agriculture Information System in all Cities and Municipalities” which was introduced by the Representatives Lorenz R. Defensor, Jose Francisco Benitez, and Michael Gorriceta.

Lydia E. Grabato, Former Mayor of the Municipality of Mina and author of the MAIS-FARMS (Municipal Agriculture Information System/Farmers Agriculture Resource Management System) together with Atty. Suzette Mamon, Provincial Administrator, Province of Iloilo were invited to participate in the said meeting last May 28, 2020, via Zoom.
